McDonald has more than 30 years’ sleep medicine experience.
He offers consultations for a variety of sleep disorder symptoms, including snoring, insomnia, daytime sleepiness and restless legs, and also offers initial pediatric consults.
“All of us have trouble getting to sleep or staying asleep once in a while,” McDonald said.
“However, when the problem lasts more than one to two weeks, many people need help to resolve the sleeplessness.
“I am going to present some common sense ideas to help you get a better night’s sleep.”
