BLYN — At least two of four people injured in a two-vehicle collision on U.S. Highway 101 near 7 Cedars Casino on Sunday evening had been treated and discharged from Olympic Medical Center as of Thursday.

Two other people — Jeffrey L. Dusenberry, 62, of Sequim and Elizabeth Lawrence, 50, of Texas — who were transported to OMC after the wreck were not on the patient roster Thursday, hospital spokeswoman Bobby Beeman said.

Lawrence was headed east on Highway 101 in a 2007 gold Toyota Sequoia sports utility vehicle near 7 Cedars Casino at about 5:30 p.m. Sunday when the wreck occurred, the State Patrol said.

David S. Lawrence Jr., 54, and David S. Lawrence III, 22, were passengers in her car.

All are from Dripping Springs, Texas, the State Patrol said.

Dusenberry was headed west on Highway 101 in a 1998 Dodge Caravan when he turned left in front of the Toyota, which struck the Dodge, the State Patrol said.

While Lawrence Jr. and Lawrence III have been treated and discharged from OMC, the other two that the State Patrol reported were taken to OMC were not on the roster, Beeman said.

She said there are several reasons a person might not be on the patient roster and that federal privacy regulations constrain her to provide no more than condition reports on those who are listed.

The State Patrol listed the cause of the wreck as Dusenberry failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
